Prices shown on this website, including “starting from” figures on the Packages page, are indicative only. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after a site assessment and depends on device selection, existing wiring, and any civil or electrical work required.
3. Device compatibility
We make reasonable efforts to verify device compatibility with your property during the compatibility review. Final compatibility is confirmed in your written proposal, and may depend on your internet connection, existing wiring, and third-party platforms.
4. Subscriptions and third-party services
Some devices or platforms may require an ongoing subscription (for example, certain cloud video storage plans). Any such charges are disclosed to you before installation.
5. No professional monitoring implied
Unless explicitly stated in your proposal, devend.ai does not provide a staffed, professional security-monitoring service. Security alerts are delivered to your own device.
6. Limitation of liability
devend.ai is not liable for damages arising from internet outages, third-party platform downtime, or manufacturer defects in devices we install, beyond the terms of the applicable manufacturer or installation warranty. See our Installation and Warranty Policy for details.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
